A Bardic Journey to Skye

This past weekend I went on a trip hosted by the Scottish Storytelling Centre called a Bardic Journey to Skye. Led by Storytellers George MacPherson from Glendale on Skye, and Donald Smith, with harp and stories by Heather Yule. There were ten of us, some storytellers some not and its safe to say that we all had a great time.
We drove from Edinburgh to Skye on Friday, with several stops for stories about the land around us. Then when we arrived in Skye, we settled into Hamara Lodge in Glendale. Saturday there were storytelling walks, a visit to see Dunvegan Castle and a Ceilidh. On Sunday, we drove back to Edinburgh with more stops and stories along the way.
Many of the following photos were taken from a moving vehicle, so they may look a tad blurry.

At a lunch stop, we saw two Lotus Sevens....I couldn't help  but hear the theme from "The Prisoner".
